The rude incompetent service at Walgreens-Jones Valley. I asked the round gentleman at the drive through twice if all my prescriptions were ready. He assured me they all were. I get home and one is not there and another is the incorrect dosage. So I call the store. HE HUNG UP ON ME. Oh how I miss Riteaid-whitesbg.
The gave my 17-month old niece the wrong medicine AND wrong dosage (waaay over what the Dr prescribed), then they called him a liar saying the label said one thing when he was sitting there reading to them. Super incompetent pharmacy and techs there. DEF will never use them and will tell everyone I know not to go there. I wish I could give zero stars. You can kill people from giving the wrong meds.
Maybe I'm just unlucky, but literally every medicine our pediatrician calls in to this pharmacy, they never have. I'm switching to another Walgreens since I end up going to another one anyway. Their customer service is lack luster as well. If they had friendly employees I'd probably go 3 stars on this review.
