I have a diabetes medicine that I have to take. This is the first time it has been filled by this store. They told me it would be ready last Friday. When I called, they said they were out. It would be there Monday. I waited till 5pm to call and they are now telling me it won't be there till 2pm Tuesday. I have read all the negative comments on this page and so far, I have to agree with them. If my medicine is not there tomorrow, I will have it moved to a different drug store.
Do not use this pharmacy. They are RUDE and do not even know how to process simple prescription requests. They force me to call multiple times for the same problem and every time they give me a different answer for why it is happening. Absolutely ridiculous.
Went in to this Walgreen' s store to do the Arm and hammer deal. Was using the 1 off coupon. Was told by the manager that I could only do 1 purchase 1 coupon per day. First you have to know the difference between a transaction, and a purchase. Mind you I went in to this store 2 days in a row, and they were out. On this day they had some. So obviously you were ok with taking the coupons prior to me coming in to do this deal. You get full face value of the coupon anyway so what's the problem?
It is ridiculous to wait 45 minutes, and still waiting, for one Rx.
Horrible pharmacy! Slow and inefficient. No one got meds in less than a hour.
So upset! They couldn't print my cards at the walgreens near my house so i changed it to this one (waay further from my house) then when i get there to pick my cards up, they dont have any envelopes. Really?! For $30 you'd think they wuld have plenty of envelopes
