5 Stars – Hardworking and Dedicated Staff I’ve been coming to the Walgreens pharmacy on Windemere Parkway in San Ramon for the past three years, and the employees here are incredibly hardworking and dedicated. Any shortcomings are due to Walgreens’ system, not the staff. I started a using this pharmacy a year ago and had no problems until recently. The last two times in a row there have been errors. Previously I picked up my prescriptions for hypertension. They were both supposed to be 90 days worth. As time went by I noticed that one didn’t look right, so I counted them and discovered that they shorted me 30 pills. Very impressed with this pharmacy! The pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are all very professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They always go the extra mile for me and will utilize my discount coupons and even order specific brands of generic medications that work best for me. Their follow up is excellent. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
