Very disappointed in the service at the care clinic. I made an appointment online; arrived early, there was no one waiting; I left an hour later never having seen anyone. The store manager said he was not allowed to knock on the door to see what the issue was. I called the 1-800 number and they did not know what the issue was either. Lesson learned. I will not try their clinic or pharmacy again.
I am sitting in the waiting area to pick up a cough syrup prescription I dropped off over an hour ago. Just a simply cough syrup. I have seen over 30 people receive their medicine in this time frame. They have completely stopped calling out prescriptions people are waiting for. I'll take my prescription to CVS before I come back here.
They was very good too me . I will use them for my meds .
My prescription was "held up in the computer" whatever that means. I couldn't understand a thing the girl at the counter said. Her English was ridiculously bad! I'm not racist but I really couldn't understand her and people in the drive thru were having the same issue. When I saw an actual pharmacist that could speak English I asked her to check on my prescription. 2hours...waiting time seripusly? No wonder these np's don't have "real office" jobs!!! Slow as hell!!
