I'm utterly disgusted by the way I was treated not only today, but also previously when I was there for passport photos. It looks like that this Porsha, who claims to be the store manager which I found out from their HQ she is not, is like this to many customers! When I was there last week for photos, she did not enter the discount code. When I was back there today to pick up photos and challenged her,I also got her disgusting attitude! I went in for a flu shot. Being first in line, I waited quite sometime for someone to administer the shot. Registration was quick and efficient. By the time I was finished, there were 10 others waiting. Each employee I met was very professional and tops in customer service. I can't comment on any of the employees except for the pharmacy dept.
This Walgreens sucks. The employees don't care at all. Even the manager and assistant manager have terrible customer service skills. Just dissapointed to have to wait 30 minutes for an order, because the employees aren't doing their jobs. Always have a problem with this location, and am always given a bull story about why it's not their fault when in reality they are standing around doing nothing.

Was very disappointed to find out this store doesnt price match to what their website says. The female heavyset manager was also very rude about it. Ill go to the store on teasley for now on. Thanks.
Come to pick up medication the drive thru has 5 cars so I decided to go inside. One clerk working the drive thru and none working the 6 or 7 customers at the counter. Not a good way to treat paying customers especially sick customers. Maybe they should get more clerks or contract CVS for support
