The pharmacy service at Walgreens has gotten unbelievably bad. You now have to sit on hold for 20+ minutes to correct an issue that wasn’t real - for example, an insurance is that isn’t real. Sit on the phone forever to talk to them and it turns out that there wasn’t an “insurance issue” delaying RX at all. So ridiculous.
Just went to get some medicine. I got pretty good service.
