RecommendedCame in tonight for meds because of a cough and the lady at the register was absolutely awesome. I didn't get her name because I was rushing but she went above and beyond and genuinely cared about my health.
Pharmacy is drive through only at this time. My Rx is ready per app. I have been sitting here for 30 min. Not allowed to walk inside and pick up. I never use the drive through b/c it’s so inefficient. Make people drop off and come back later.
Slow, horrible wait time, and still couldn’t get my order right.
Prices on prescriptions are like being robbed. One RX for me there was $38, went to Walmart Pharmacy and got the same RX for $4
My daughter and husband needed antibiotics on the same day. So my mom went to pick them up while I took care of my husband out of surgery. Instead of calling to ask about insurance, they waited for someone to get there. My mom and 3 year old daughter were there for over an hour and the prescriptions were called in 4 hours prior. My husband and daughter both had to wait for the their medicines because of a error on their part. When I called they were nonchalant about their busy-ness. I am not impressed.
My wife was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and the equipment to check her blood sugars were gonna be $500+. Pharmacist Troy did everything he could and got all of our equipment covered under our insurance for less than $5 for a three month supply!! Highly recommend! He went above and beyond for us!! Thank you Mr. Troy!
