I have been sitting in the parking lot of Watson Walgreens for almost 2 hours. I got here at right before 6pm it is now 7:33pm. I called while driving up here they told me 20 minutes. I waited in line they had 5 cars in front of me so it was longer than 20 minutes to get there. So I get up there and they say not ready it should be ready in 20 minutes. Nothing makes a sick miserable day better than arriving to my local Walgreens to be told that my prescriptions would be ready in 10-15 minutes and that they are being worked on. Cool, I’ll wait. 30 minutes passes by and I ask about the status of my prescriptions because I want to go to bed and stop being miserable, and they tell me 10-15 minutes and if I would like to wait, they will start working on them! What’s the point? I can be miserable at home without spreading the flu to everyone that walks in!
They lost my prescription I handed them after waiting nearly an hour I get asked who I handed it too and they couldn't find it . Really !!!!!!
Pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!!! Mean, rude and heartless employees. They lied and said that their computers aren’t linked to other Walgreen locations. They said they don’t transfer scripts, it’s a blood thinner.... they just didn’t want to help. I called Coursey location and they confirmed the Watson location in fact did LIE, they do transfer scrips, they were very helpful.
I come here nearly every night... Everyone is nice and friendly. A+ customer service. I don't know what I'd do without them because I hate going in Walmart!
