Doesn't even deserve one star! Horrible customer service!
Walgreen's is my pharmacy of choice, but there are a couple of things on which they need to work. The turnaround times on prescriptions are horrible, but a lot of that is because of understaffing. There should be someone assigned exclusively to the drive-thru and someone assigned exclusively to the counter. And there is some sort of glitch in their computer system. Don't even deserve one star, horrible experience!!!!! Did the "Walgreenslistens" survey, and apparently they don't listen, not in the store.........they asked for a number to followup with..........over 24 hours later has anyone called NOPE! Even when I tried to address the issue, the employee just increased in rudeness.
They don't even deserve one star!!! All good I called corporate on the "manager" that deff should not have that title and I feel bad for his employees! Not to mention all the issues I've had with the pharmacy messing up my orders and taking hours longer then they told me! I will not go back to this store!!
