I have gone to Walgreens for all my prescription needs for years. But lately, for at least the last 3 months, I have found that I keep getting shorted on my number of pills per prescription. Sometimes it's one or two pills but today I was shorted 20 pills on a very expensive prescription and 4 pills on another. I have called them the last two months that it's happened and they have replaced the missing medicine. Incompetent pharmacy. I called to fill a prescription and to change my insurance information. The pharmacist I spoke with was nothing shy of rude. I had to ask him 4 times to update my insurance which he argued with me was correct. When he finally understood that my insurance was different, he demanded I tell him why and to explain myself to him. I’m reporting him to the State Board of Pharmacy. Customer Service is paramount in retail pharmacy. Apparently he skipped that class.
Slow service and didn't seem to know what they were doing.
Pharmacy is absolutely terrible! Never answer phones I sat on hold for over 30 minutes and was advised by automated system that I was next for at least 25 minutes of that. If I could have gone up there then I wouldn't have called. This happens all the time. The manager always has some lame excuse too. They do not auto refill prescriptions like they advise they do as well.
I think they purposefully hire the rudest people to work at this pharmacy. I've never had a good experience here.
I would give 0 if that was an option! There pharmacy is the WORST!! Every time I have ever had something done with them there is always something.
A very clean & neatly organized store with friendly & informative employees!
