I dropped off a prescription 9 days ago on a Friday and was told it would be there the following Monday. I called after 5 days and it was not in yet. I still have not heard anything from Walgreens.
Just waited 2hrs for a prescription that i dropped off 5hrs ago, absolutely the worst service I've ever had, never use this pharmacy
I've been waiting for 40 minutes for a script after being told it would take 20. I asked what was going on and at that point the pharmacist calls my doctor. This is my time being wasted and time I'm missing at work!
I want to give a shout out to New Albany Walgreen's on Charlestown and County Line. We were in a panic after talking to Dr. on Demand and realizing Hailey's bubble on her finger was actually a lot more serious than we realized and needed to be lanced. She had a plane to catch at 2:45 (which you have to be there a little early). The doctor at Urgent Care wanted her to have an antibiotic but wasn't sure they'd fill it for her down in Florida.
