We have used this Walgreens for years and were always very pleased. Not sure what has happened in the last few months but the management of the pharmacy is terrible! Half of the time the drive up window is closed and when it is open we have waited up to an hour to be serviced. Today again the drive up window was closed. I am handicapped but needed my prescriptions so decided to go inside only to be met by a line that went completely across the store. They keep blaming this on staffing shortages but I don't buy it.
