Horrible horrible pharmacy absolutely the worst lazy pharmacist I have to do all the things they are supposed to be doing contacting dr. And insurance ect. Wish I would have read the reviews on line before going here. Do not go here you will be ready to throw something
The pharmacy dept will put rite lie to your face. Lie #1: Your Dr needs to release your meds. Lie #2: A rep called in and told us not to release meds till next day. Lie#3: Your Dr was not working this day to release your meds. I was in contact with my Dr all day who did releaxe my meds & was told no rep of hers made any such call to Walgreens. Realy bad service on the pharmacy .slow team work more than 4 hours for a prescription more trainings necessary
The pharmacy sucks beyond....they have it that I have a different prescription coverage then what I have so they can not get their head out of their butts to put in my actual coverage....complete nightmare. And I've never had contra costa coverage......
