they are inept when testing for for covid. we were disallowed to fly because they didn't know what they were doing. hope no one else has their Christmas plans ruined

There was a display for shampoo. Buy 2 get 1 free. At check out I was charged full price. I asked why and they said oh that doesn't start for 4 more days, Then why was it displayed? Even the manager told me tough luck.
