This pharmacy always take forever to get my prescription I'm thinking about changing pharmacy
Line in pharmacy is OUT OF CONTROL. I am fifth in line, been in line 17 minutes and have not moved an inch. Absolutely ridiculous.
I had to wait for an hour so I left and came back and it still wasn't ready. She said maybe 5 more minutes. She then left to go on break leaving the Guy that was working the window to work the window and the counter. Meanwhile the line is getting longer. I left without my prescription. I got it the next day. This is not the only Walgreens that is like this. I will NOT ever go to another Walgreens.
My husband and I came in to get bottled and a prescription. The greeter was wonderful and friendly and showed us exactly where the water was. However, the pharmacist was so rude and Bigot for no reason but the assistant stepped in and was helpful. The old lady that checked us out was unfriendly and bitter for whatever reason. Maybe they both needed to go and take a nap!!. Not the best Walgreens.
I cannot access my Walgreens app. It says my phone number isn't the right one but it's the same. Now I can't see if my meds are ready or refill them.
People are helpful as they can but corporate won't hire enough people to give proper service.
