My mother came into your location today December 25 2018. My mother told your associate “I’m sorry you have to work today” and your associate replies with “It’s people like you that make me have to work today”! It’s rude and very unprofessional for anyone especially your associates to treat your customers with such disrespect. It doesn’t matter what day or holiday it is. The pharmacy employees are the absolute worst. Extremely unfriendly, careless, the slowest customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of telling me they no longer excepted my insurance, lied and told me that they never received my prescription. They are an absolute joke. Will never be going back.
I cannot believe the amazing level of incompetence I observed today during my visit. What should have been an in an out visit was turned into a huge fiasco. The store like it is famous for doing had a fifty percent off sticker that was not for the product. They love to use bait and switch (FRAUD). When I went back to get the sticker the cashier still had to call the shift lead who went back again. I am not sure why I was forced to go back the first time.
