I had the worst experience today with the pharmacy! I have been attempting to pick up my prescription for 3 days and I keep getting told that their computer system is not connecting to my insurance therefore they cannot give me my medication. This is the third time I get told the same issue. The pharmacy manager Kimberly was rude from the second I asked for my prescriptions. Since the change in the pharmacy, the customer service has been not existent. They changed the staff, I believe to be self absorbed adolescents. Cannot answer questions with out blame to everyone but themselves. Can not find a solution until you show up in the store and start complaining in person, then they decide to try to help.
