Erica/Erika was extremely helpful as I had experienced a delay on my refill from another pharmacy not related to Walgreens. She took the time to check other pharmacies in the RGV to see if my medicine was in stock. She then called me back to say Alamo & Harlingen had my medicine in stock. After calling Alamo she called me saying they didn’t have it, but that she could check any Walgreens in Harlingen. I have never had to wait so long for my meds. They are very slow. Need to get people who are not so slow at their jobs

Worst pharmacy experience of my life. Over 24 hours and I still can't get a prescription filled.
If you want to wait at least 45 minutes in their drive thru this is the best to be and this was just to drop off my prescription, their poor excuse is that they are under staff, well NOW HIRING sign will help
The speakers on the Drive Thru really suck know big time. It is next to IMPOSSIBLE to understand what they are saying. The also need to place our credit card in the envelope when returning it to us. Walgreens makes too much money to not do better. Get on the ball before we get on the bus and go elsewhere.
