Do not use the Walgreens in Newport Ky they have no clue what they are doing. They have made mistakes before in billing telling me they don't cover a prescription one month then the next they do. Over a week ago I called to tell them my insurance had changed and gave them all the new information. The guy never said a word about them not taking the new insurance. Then I go to pick up my prescription and they tell me they don't take it so now I have no medication until I can speak with Kroger tomorrow. Worst pharmacy ever!!!!!
