I have been shopping at this location everyday for years. The cashiers during the day are amazing!! Love coming in and seeing Cathy! You all are so lucky to have a wonderful person as her working for you. But I came in at night, and that new cashier Lisa has given me so much grief that I won't even come in at night anymore. Fuck you Walgreens Pharmacy. I thought fuck you Walgreens pharmacy was good enough.
I always have a poor customer service at this store. Yesterday the Pharm Tech stood in the window yawned and ignored me. Then she could not find current insurance info and I had to go back home and get DeeAnna's insurance card. We will avoid sending any RD to this store.

Very bad customer service in the pharmacy, Brenda the pharmacist, rude and unprofessional and the store manager, Mike K was no help at all, he doesn't know the his employees last names, so he says.
I am completely dissatisfied with their website and I competence of their pharmacy staff on solving prescription problems and this Walgreens on brook and Broadway in Louisville Kentucky.
