this is the worse pharmacy ever. unfortunately our insurance switched from cvs caremark to optum rx who contracts with walgreens. service is abysmal, you literally have to drop off, call and follow up your prescriptions. cvs will txt you and update you with your refills, walgreens this pharmacy will leave you hanging. i have a new prescription that was approved in tuesday, they sent me a txt it said its delayed, no follow up calls, called the number attached rl the txt got hanged up 2x! went to the store and personally talke... read more

There is a Walgreens located conveniently at Grant and Swan in Tucson for my needs. Unfortunately, the level of incompetence in the pharmacy at this store now far outweighs ANY convenience. I literally fill only 3 medications and only 1 of them on a montly basis. Tomorrow I will make my third call in two months on the complete incompetence of the pharmacy at this location. Absolute incompetence by the pharmacist on duty. I have the same prescription for years and he tried to half my medication. I asked him to look at my history where is showed what I get and he said everyone else had dispensed it wrong. Seriously
