Update: after posting on Facebook I was contacted by the pharmacy and was given a partial refund. I will be very careful in the future. My son just had surgery had someone pick up his prescriptions. They were called in from Norton's. Walgreens charged us 55.68 for a bottle of Tylenol and bottle Ibuprofen...I called immediately they refused to let us return it. Package still stapled closed. I am moving all prescriptions and will never step a foot back in that store again. People are out of work and they dump over the counter ... read more
They don’t call you to let you know they’re out of a prescription. My daughter is 17 months old and has strep throat. Her prescription was called on at 3:45pm, and when I went to pick it up, they said they were out until tomorrow. It is almost 8pm, and they couldn’t call to tell me that, so I could call the doctor and find another pharmacy. A baby with strep can not wait another day for antibiotics! Manager Justin is very nice and seems to be working hard to make this a better pharmacy but Kendra the transfer from another state is horrible. Rude. Extremely rude. Of course I have had trouble with this pharmacy over the years. But I feel confident that Justin will be able to do something with this store.
This is the WORST pharmacy I have even been to in my life! Lines backed WAY UP,every time. Half the people aren't even working. The last two months I've went to fill my pain meds I've been given BS and took my business to CVS with NO issue. I take almost 10 scripts a month. I will be taking ALL my business to CVS from here on out. Walgreens is AWFUL! Customer service is HORRIBLE!
Always poor service , not enough people working in the Pharmacy Dept. . 45 minute wait times on the phone , 30 minutes waiting in line and then I am told the prescription won’t be ready until 9 or 10 tonight . I will be taking my business elsewhere.
