Can I give it zero stars? Wrong person's pictures were in my envelope and when I called about this I got such an attitude. Going tomorrow to talk to the management and hopefully going to get my right pictures.
The WORST pharmacy experience I've ever had. If you tell me something will be ready, it should be ready. If there is an issue, you should CALL & TELL ME. Not assume I'm psychic and that I'll figure it out. And don't tell me you don't have my script from my Dr, when in reality you do, it's just an insurance issue so you can't fill it yet.
Absolutely terrible service. Past two times I've called I've been hung up on by the automated system only to wait over 10 minutes for a employee. They made a mistake and I haven't had daily medication since Friday and employee was extremely rude today basically blaming me. I'm done, I'm moving all my scripts to Wegmans. They need to get it together.
THE WORST DRIVE THRU SERVICE EVER!!!!!! EXTREMELY SLOW AND INCONVENIENT. NEVER EVER AGAIN! HORRIBLE!!! YOU SHOULD NEVER SIT IN A LINE FOR 25 MINUTES AND NOT EVEN MOVE!!! FIX IT!!!
Stopped in for my flu shot. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Quick and efficient.
Don't appreciate being told I am wrong when I know when I pay for medications! Then she talked to me like I was stupid!! Nothing but horrible service at this location l!!!!
I don't know how they can just lose me out of the system at the Pharmacy. I went tonight at 8:45 to get a script that was called in, they asked my name. after 5 minutes he Then went to get someone else.., then he asked for name,etc. and then said he has to re register me into the system. I've been there only a few months earlier. They finally got me in again and then said I'd have to wait another 26 minutes. I hate this crap.
