My doctor sent an incredibly important and necessary prescription to this pharmacy on 4/25/2020. I spoke with the pharmacist on 4/27/2020 to confirm that it would be ready for pick up today 4/30. He confirmed it would. I got an email at 7:30 this morning telling me that it was delayed because they were out of stock. It was a nightmare and sent me into a panic. Thankfully, their competitor came through for me along with my doctor, but had they not I would be curled up in a ball right now.
The pharmacy staff are uncaring as well as unknowledgeable about what they fill! The pharmacist are over worked and very rude! Going back to CVS!!
