Manager resolved my coupon issue with no problem however the cashier promptly took anything that printed from the small printer which included registers rewards and proceeded to hide it i guess. I asked him where they were at and he said he gave them to me which he didn't and i told him to pull the one hanging out by a bag and it wasn't it and he very well knows that wasn't it. I will be weary if i ever go back again. I don't want my catalinas or anything meant for my account to be stolen by cashiers.
The cashier ignored us we talked to a manger she was more helpful than the cashier even when we checked out cashier was rude
Worst pharmacy ever. Their slogan should be "about 10 more minutes" which has been quoted every 10 minutes to me since I've been sitting here waiting for a medication called in hours ago by my doctor.
THIS IS ONLY DIRECTED TO THE PHARMACY!! seriously you guys are so terrible.. I waited 20 mins OR MORE at the window with my son in the car .. you guys would not even acknowledge my presents .. 4 woman and 1 man all inside there and still no one would even say a word to me! That's not customer service!! I'm so upset .. you guys failed .. I'm changing my children's prescriptions to CVS. Straw that broke the camels back
My daughter became very sick over the weekend. Me and my children gathered up all the money we could find which came to just under 11 in change. So I headed to walgreens got her some day and night time medicine. My total came to a little over 11.25. I started to dig around my purse but just couldn't find any more money. I almost cried. The cashier with a huge smile on her face gave me a coupon and my total dropped down to 8 something. I started to cry. There needs to be a way of finding out if you have a Rx ready to be picked up when you call to see if it is ready and not be on hold from 10 - 45 minutes crazy
