The pharmacy staff told me 20 minutes when I turned 2 Rx in. When I checked at 20 min, it was just going to be "just a few more minutes." TOTAL TIME WAITED = 44 minutes! If it's going to take 44 minutes, tell me, I'm ok w/ that. Siting in your crowded pharmacy area & being lied to, I'm not ok with!
