Untrained and incompetent Ruined my pictures... and negatives. The first time, they didn't charge. The second time they acted offended that I mentioned that the pictures had spots, and got angry when I showed them the negatives were ruined as well. Refused to refund (it was a different CSR). The third time I went, I opted to walk five more blocks to CVS after the gentleman had no idea what I meant by matte paper, and said he didn't know how to only process the film and not print pictures (???)
big fan of the 9.99 camera I've had the free film for life camera for about a year now. I think that it's a good investment. The film is free and if you break your camera they'll give you a new one. They're so nice, they have replaced my camera twice.
