Walgreens Pharmacy in South Laburnum Ave has the worse customer service. I went today at 7:30 (they open at 7:00). Workers saw me and continued to fo whatever they were doing! Finally after 10 minutes someone came to the window. This is not the first time this has happened to me and other customers.
This location is was closed for the day because of a shooting -- entertaining to say the least. Clean up on aisle 5.
27 minutes stuck in the phone system and I STILL don't know if both my prescriptions are ready. Most of the time I was stuck "in queue" (you have two calls ahead of you, you have one call ahead of you), then the phone was picked up with "Walgreen's Pharmacy, please hold," at which time my call was transferred to another extension and never picked up. I see a new pharmacy in my future...
The workers do not know how to talk to people that why I tell people go to CVS they are more friendly
The Pharmacy needs more people working it takes a hour to drop off a prescription. 3 hours to fill and another hour in line to pick up is ridiculous
