So right now I went to Walgreens to drop off prescription . The lady with freakin rude with me telling with a bad attitude she’ll be with me when she can . But I mean ugly. So I’m the only idiot waiting in the drive thru and I waited patiently for 30 flipping minutes just to be barely helped with . I said to hell with this and made the drive to Med Time Pharmacy on Resler . For my adderal prescription i was in and out in 9 minutes with my prescription in my hands. Really need stop going to this store. Waited 20 minutes to pick up pictures, was on hold calling the store to tell someone i was waiting at the photo counter. Instead of a simple apology from the manager I was told by her that she "can't do everything." Now i know it's not just the pharmacy at this store that has customer service problems.
Trying to figure out why I still have my Rx's filled at Walgreens. They don't have a drop-off window so customers have to wait in a long line just to hand the clerk the Rx. Then another long wait when you return to pick it up.
