the worst service in pharmacy! How you call in for a refill go a hr after it supposed to be ready and you have to wait over an hr again. Why did i phone in???
RecommendedKayla that works in Pharmacy showed me the most mercy I’ve EVER EXPERIENCED during my time of need for my son. I’m a disabled parent who is SUPPOSED TO BE receiving child support each month but doesn’t receive it. My son NEEDED his ALBUTEROL pump but when I tried to get it filled it was TOO SOON. I cried and cried bc I didn’t know what to do and she SAVED US by paying out of her OWN pocket. I PRAY NOTHING BUT CONTINUOUS FAVOR OVER HER LIFE BC SHE DIDN’T HAVE TO SHOW US MERCY.
I was on hold to speak to someone in the pharmacy for 30 minutes! Monday I called and asked them to move a prescription over from carr drugs to Walgreens and they said that they would do that and they never did. They cannot handle the demand that they're under they need to hire more people.
One of the worst Walgreens, which is saying a lot seen as Walgreens in General has been going down in quality. I waited for my daughter medicine for an hour only for them to tell me that this Walgreens would have it the next day, despite the fact my daughters medicine is something taken nightly. So I return the next day, they place the order and tell me to come back in fifteen minutes. Always a line at pharmacy and lights were not on in parking lot tonight. Something about a timer issue when I asked.
Went in the middle of the night after a trip to the ER. Explained that I am here on business and that I have a taxi running. They were able to expedite my service so I could get back to the conference in time!
Stand there and wait for them to unlock Aleve on isle 8 for 10 minutes while all the employees stand around and socialize and page assistance to isle 8 4 times. No one came, they have Aleve in the pharmacy behind the counter, I see the price tag, but it's not for sale. All with attitudes and rude, these are the stereotypes that give hard working employees bad names, should be rated -9.
