you could hire enough people in your pharmacy. 3 months in a row I call in a refill for my husband, I tell them we have no insurance, but everytime our order is held up waiting on insurance. Today it happened again, I called and asked if they could put a permanent note. The woman said, it's done and hung up! I waited on hold for a long time, needed to know when it would be ready. Is this her fault, I say no, she was juggling all the calls.Get her some help or we are moving our business!
You people really need to stop charging manager's .. some of us people in the hood get used to our friendly neighborhood Walgreens, then you change management and there assholes... Can you say new drug store
