The phamacys system has been down for the past few days and they are not able to dispense medication. Very dissatisfied
I think this drug store thinks that people are stupid. Went to by "Permethin Cream", to fill prescription for my wife, stupid pharmacy told me is $300+ it cost, and he is so nice! Can bring it down to $99, and they only have 60g, and with no shame they charge me $52.60, when I check the Internet Walmart have it at 37, and Walgreen have it at $48!, shame on you to take advantage of sick people...
If I could I'd give them no stars pharmacy is a joke never verified my insurance tried to give me a different type of med (more expensive). I believe they might be commiting insurance fraud pretty big accusation right, but that's what it feels like. Worse of all they left my asmthic son without any meds to be able to breathe. PEOPLE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE I RECOMMEND THE WAL-MART PHARMACY THAN THIS DUMP!
Very incompetent, rude staff. Had me running around town for 4 weeks trying to figure out what had happened with my medication. It was not until I called their corporate office to ask if they had the medication in any of their other stores in town that they told me that they did have a lot of it in stock at other stores. The question in my mind: Why had none of the representatives at this location told me this or offered to transfer the medication to a store that had it in stock? I never go to Walgreens. I always get my prescriptions filled at the base. But tonight, I went to Walgreens. I haven't had a prescription filled at Walgreens in almost 5 years. I had a simple prescription. Fluoride for my son. I waited an hour and a half and never got called. I approach the counter only to be told that the prescription was not filled out correctly and, by the way, the fluoride is out of stock. Are you kidding me??? The girl in the make up section was very helpful.
Went home after being overcharged on medications, called in, they told me to come in to update my insurance( that I had updated months before). Overcharged for medication for months! I was asked to come back to store, stood at counter 40 minutes, no explanation about what was going on. I finally told them in need to go. I was told I'd get a callback after they figured out what was going on. Never got a call back I called them again next day, never got a resolution. love my walgreens sure wish you would do what CVS did and stop selling cigarettes--it would make your "be well" slogan alot more powerful
