Pharmacy bad Cusotmer service disappointing
RecommendedGreat customer service!!!! Left my prescription there for about a week or so and just went to pick them up today and I didn't have to wait!!! prescription was ready for me!😀😀😀😀😀
I’ve been waiting for more than an hour to pick up prescription while having the doctor on the phone so he could hear that supposedly they’ve never got prescriptions sent. The doctor had to call a total of 3 times so they can get their job done. Aside from that, y’all need more pharmacy cashiers. Y’alls wait time at the moment is 90 minutes and counting!!!
Second time today spending over an HOUR at the pharmacy they truly have to get it together. Hire people who can help. Not 5 people who all have to go ask the pharmacist. Transferring back to Walmart.
Customer service is the absolute worse!!! Especially the pharmacy!!!!!
