Pharmacy service is HORRIBLE. I came by Friday after my drs apt and they would not accept my Rx because it had water damage (I did not realize I had a baby Wipe in my purse when I placed the Rx in my purse) of course the clinic was closed by this time so I had to bear the pain all weekend and wait till Monday to have the Dr call it it, they called it at Noon I called to check the status of it at 3pm the rx was still sitting on the vm, the pharmacy tech apologized explained they were running behind today but it would be ready... read more
came here because at another store I was struggling to get pictures developed and didn't get help by employees there got Walgreens as soon as I got there an employee named Laronda stepped in right away and help me out on the computer got my pictures developed real fast I recommend her as employee of the month I will be definitely coming back to Walgreens now

I purchased an item last night but needed to exchange it because they did not offer refills for an item they branded. My integrity was questioned like I stole the item even though I had a receipt and the lady that checked me out verified my purchase. I will use CVS for my future drugstore needs since Walgreens does not treat their customers with respect.
I know this may sound silly or be a long shot but I'm taking a long shot and hoping that there are still good people in this world. This past Sunday May 29th my family and I were out and we had our Canon camcorder with us we came home and now we can't find it anywhere. This is the worst pharmacy. Crazy understaffed and impolite. I have a sick 3 year old still awake at 10:30 pm because I have been waiting for an hour in the store and an hour and half before at home. But we have no other choice for 24 hour pharmacy. Guess that is why they do not care about customer service because they know we need them. People in line inside and at drive thru are MAD!
