Insulting. Said last week (regarding the following) that they would be in touch. Even with a written complaint, no one has reached out. Staff at Walgreens show an utter lack of customer service training, and was insulting to multiple customers this afternoon: When the boy with the backpack went to the pharmaceutical aisle, there was an overhead page for "Customer Service to pain medicine." Terrible experience with the passport photo service today. The staff could not care less about the costumer's needs. The staff had a "whatever", extremely passive attitude. After a few horrible shots because of bad lighting and the staff's poor skills, I had to suggest doing something differently to improve the outcome. It worked a little bit, but still got a not presentable shot. This is not a skilled job, I bet a photo booth machine or a selfie would do a far better job than a staffed human. Woke up in middle of the night in severe pain. Doctors doesn't open until 9am. I was able to go to Walgreens at 3:30 am for some over the counter medicine which helped to keep the pain under control until i was able to see my doctor. I am so grateful for this store being open 24 hrs!! :-)
Love shopping at Walgreens. Always sales and markdowns. Cashing out is fast.
The worst pharmacy ever. They send a message that the medicine is ready for pickup but its not ready you have to wait 30 min and workers are slow very slow weste of time. Tou cant relay on this pharmacy.
