By replacing staff at this location. Service has declined greatly since 2018!
Walgreens lost 2 scripts that were hand delivered and lost them both. The pharmacist that was on duty never said I’m sorry or anything. He acted like I did give it to them. Like I’m not an idiot. I dropped them off the day before. If they can lose a script then can they be dependent on filling the script??? My answer they will never get a chance. I don’t trust a pharmacy like that!!!

This is absolutely the worst Walgreens I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. My doctor called in a refill on Friday. It took until Tuesday, and two faxes, for this pharmacy to get it together. Lucky for me there’s a CVS about a block away.
Just want to thank Walgreens (Hefner and Rockwell) for their help last night. My heating pad had konked out on me, and I needed to exchange it. It was a smooth transaction. Staff was very professional and kind. Thank you again.
