Every time I go to this store it is nothing but a major headache , they are suppose to charge my secondary insurance, and they never do, next time they do this I am going to consult a lawyer, Walgreens sucks big time, what are the employees in the pharmacy dept smoking.

They Will Steal Your Money of Your Not Careful They Got Me
I sat at the drive through pharmacy for 10 mins before anyone even acknowledged me!!! The entire transaction took less than 3 seconds. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
Walgreens' personell are great! They help keep my family healthy. They are always willing to help me whether I need information on medication or just help printing photos to share with my family and friends. Thank you for ALL of your hard work.
The store at Capital and New Hope has a great store staff - cshiers, stockers, etc. - and the store is very clean. Nothing but horrible experiences with the phrmacy department. Expect to wait 30 minutes or longer to get to the counter no matter time of day. They didn't/wouldn't run the scripts I dropped off against my insurance, just told me insurance wouldn't cover it. So I had to go wait in line AGAIN to take the scripts back and take them to a different pharmacy (not Walgreens). Insurance went through fine there - because... read more
