This has got to be the longest I have ever waited in a walgreens drive through!! Ridiculous!
I was at the Walgreens on Madison St in waukesha and I waited in the drive thru for 30 mins and every time I pushed the call button i always got someone rude telling me that i have to wait and to stop being inpatient and the just made me more upset they have bad customer service. I will not be returning there ever and i will tell others about their poor service.
Terrible customer service in the pharmacy on a regular basis. I am so over the attitude I receive . You can only hear the excuse "we are short staffed" a number of times before it gets old. Remedy the situation. Dumb.
Waiting at the Healthcare clinic my appointment was 35 min ago. You can't call to say you are behind? Finally got in. She was very nice, and took her time. So I did adjust my stars to reflect that. I will be back.
