I have been shopping at the Walgreen on Delaware and North Street in Buffalo since it opened. I have always had a peaceful and enjoyable experience. However, tonight on 1/13/13, my shopping was disrupted by loud heavy metal hard rock music on full blast with acoustic guitars and screaming lyrics. I cut my shopping short. At the check out I asked to speak to the manager to express my concerns I was brushed off by the cashier and the security guard. So here is my open complaint to your store.
