In West Haven, I moved from CVS across the street to Walgreens thinking there would be better service. The drug department is full of confusion and they take to long to fill a prescriptions. once they even gave me someone else's meds. Today they told me to wait for 10 minutes while they prepared mine. I had to leave after about 15 minutes without it , came back later and waited at counter for 10 minutes without any help so I went out to the drive-in window thinking it might be faster.
