This is not the best Walgreens in Wisconsin. It's goodnight picking up something last minute
I've used this pharmacy for a year and a half, getting prescriptions and vaccienes there. First the good: it worked well to get vaccines there; I appreciate the online scheduling. The staff is mostly pleasant; I've never encountered incivility. I've had problems, though, with getting prescriptions filled or talking to someone when I call. Most recently, they gave me less than three week supply of a medication I take, something they did at least twice before, so I ran out quickly. Totally the worst Walgreens in the city. JUST SHUT IT DOWN!!
Usually pretty good, but recently when I call the pharmacy they put you on an endless hold cycle and then after 20-30 min it just hangs up on you without even talking to someone. If you're a pharmacy, hire enough pharmacists and pharmacy techs to answer the pharmacy phone....
