said our insurance wasnt good and that we had blue cross blue shield we never had them they suck!
I paid for my sons script through Express checkout online and then went up there to pick it up. I was then charged a second time because they insisted it hadn't been paid for & wouldn't let us leave with his script. I'm having to dispute this through my bank because they cant find the Express checkout transaction yet it has already been deducted from my account. I wont ever go back there again. This is one of many issues we've had with them in the past year.
I went to get my meds filled at Walgreens as the other store ran out of one I needed. Not only did Walgreens have my meds but because I don't have prescription insurance, the assistant gave me a discount on my meds anyhow. Not only were very kind and helpful and Im on a limited income. Thank you so much walgreens. Be it a dollar here or there it still matters to people like me.
Bought your baby sunscreen stick and my daughter appears to have some chemical burn/reaction on her face - specifically under her eyes! Avoid their brand of SPF 60 baby sunscreen stick! �
This place is a joke of a pharmacy. Won’t be using this location again.
I had a terrible experience tonight in the photo department. Informed the manager and will never go back. Horrible customer service.
I have been a customer here since they attained Ivy Drugs clients when Walgreens was built but the last year this pharmacy have gone to crap. I have worked in a pharmacy and do not understand the lack of customer service and poor operating practices that go on here. Time to change to CVS I think
