RecommendedWe had to use the drive through because of coronageddon. Courteous staff! Yes, it takes a while. That's normal. And if you complained about the trash in the parking lot, why didn't you get out and pick it up!? I'm sure the store and staff didn't put out there. Be a solution instead of calling out the problems. Great store.
What is going on at Walgreens? There seems to always have trash all over the parking lot & there’s a ton of weeds & just looks likes it’s being neglected
You really need to work out a better system for your drive through. The wait times are insane! If there is a problem with the script or insurance could you ask the customer to come inside? Drive through should be for quick pickups
I have never had a bad experience at Yukon Walgreens either in store or pharmacy since they opened in Yukon. As a matter of fact I was there tonight and I want to give a huge thank you to the woman working the pharmacy drive through (and those behind the scenes). She filled my prescription within minutes while I was at the window. I was on the verge of a migraine and I was blessed by your kindness and diligence! Thank you!
Twenty minutes wait for a simple antibiotic prescription shouldn't take over an hour.
If I could give less the 1 star rating I would!!! I called last Thursday (12/11/14) was told via the automated system there were more than three callers ahead of me..... so I waited.... and I waited.... and I waited... 38 minutes later I finally hung up. This is not an isolated incident with this store.... I called multiple times within the last 7 days.... same thing . If you are a 24 hr store you need to have the staff equipped 24 hrs...... Will NEVER go to this Walgreens again!!!!
