I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and never had an issue until today. Shame on the pharmacy staff, don't waste your time. plus, they mark up the cost of their medications more then any other phamarcy.

Worst Walgreens I have ever been too. The pharmacy never has my prescriptions ready when they should be. It takes them days to fill a prescription. I have worked with the manager several times and he is of no help.

Let's see, I was given MY prescription but with another patients name on it. (apparently the verifying the address thing is just for show?) I've been given quick release when the Rx specified time release. I've been billed wrong. I could go on. The vast majority of the pharmacy staff, including the pharmacists and and pharmacy manager, needs to be retrained, or maybe just trained for the first time. A couple of the younger girls are great, but the rest...👎

I was there yesterday and they where arguing with me about a prescription that they said could not be filled into the 18th of February when I leave the store the prescription that I thought I was leaving with was not the one but the one I was arguing about and yeah didn't make sense

I went to buy the Colgate Optic White toothpaste deal that is clearly advertised on front page as free with Register Rewards and coupon. I had 5 oz which was clearly within size of 3.5 to 6 oz. It rang up as 3/$12. Cashier requested manager. Manager said no that is was not the Colgate toothpaste. After arguing with him for a few minutes, he wouldn't budge. Didn't apologize at all!!! I left without it. Taking my business elsewhere. This happened at 6 pm today. Manager is wrong.

This store is a disaster, especially the pharmacy. Train your people before putting them behind the counter. Tell them to look for a perscription in the alphabetized drawers, don't wander around the pharmacy looking for it and asking other people to find it. Your girl in the drive up was totally wasting many people's time and didn't show up. We finally left and changed to another pharmacy. Who ever is managing this area is doing a terrible job.

If you are going to buy out a ma and pa Pharmacy, especially A town Icon like Pro Pharmacy was and have all of their prescriptions and customers sent to you. The least thing you could do is accept the same insurance that Pro Pharmacy did. Now not only do I lose my pharmacy I lose my pharmacist as well.
