Apparently this location is known for messing up prescriptions. I wish I had read reviews for this location before filling my prescriptions here. On Sunday I filled 3 separate prescriptions for myself and received 3 separate emails verifying that I filled these prescriptions. I came to pick up my prescriptions today, and only had 1 available. Staff at Walgreens are always friendly and helpful.
Normally I don't have an issue with this Walgreens location but yesterday was the exception. My doctor faxed over my scripts except for the cough syrup which I had to hand carry. When you tell me 15 minutes and I wait over an hour, that's ridiculous!! Even the manager who was called back to help didn't even acknowledge that I was even there, not once! Even had a tech come back from lunch who didn't acknowledge me. It was the one clocking in for his shift that finally helped me. So I will be calling the corporate office!!!!
I would love to give this place a negative rating but that's not an option. The pharmacy is horrible. They have messed up my prescriptions multiple times and give me a different brand than what I normally get. They continue to tell me that they made sure to put a note in my account to make sure I get the exact prescription I'm suppose to get and I told him that I have been told that exact thing two other times already. The employees in the pharmacy are RUDE! The MOD during my visit was also rude & uncaring of the fact that her employees were being rude! Additionally, this location is notoriously SLOW. I will go out of my way to another location or another pharmacy chain to avoid this awful place.
For a 24 hour pharmacy your customer service stinks! Having just 1 cashier working in the pharmacy during your busiest time (9pm-7am) is plain stupid! We were told my husband's prescription would be ready in 5 minutes nearly an HOUR AGO!
