Twice I have come in to the 6200 William Cannon location in Austin, TX and twice everyone at the pharmacy is wearing face masks except the pharmacist. You have to do better.
Both drive thru pharmacy lines broken. One has been broken for months. Every time I ask when they are going to fix it they tell me probably not because of the cost. Really, as much money as they make at that location. If they are dependent on one window they need to make sure it is great working condition at all time. The drive through always has a nonstop line. Terrible customer service.
