The pharmacist gave me the wrong dose of my prescription and then blamed my doctor for “writing the prescription wrong.” When I called to figure out how to fix their error, they told me “get your medications from somewhere else, you’re not welcome here.” Super unprofessional (and also super dangerous to have the wrong medication for a seizure disorder). DONT GO HERE.
I needed prescriptions filled from the ER and the pharmacy is closed on the weekend ... I tried to have my prescription transferred to the Sunset location and they close at 5pm now. Don't depend on Walgreens anymore.
When it comes to consumer shopping for myself, my primary objective for returning is customer service, and secondary price and selection! I've been shopping at this particular Walgreens for years, because the customer service, for the most part is great - they try to provide solutions.
