Walgreens has been a breath of fresh air. Their pharmacy team is consistently kind, patient, and considerate. The technicians and staff take the time to answer questions, help resolve issues, and genuinely make you feel like they care about their patients. After repeatedly experiencing rude and unhelpful interactions at CVS, I decided to transfer my prescriptions. They don’t ever answer calls or they hang up after an automated message. I had to go through hoops getting my medication adjusted as they mistakenly shorted me 60 pills total. A whole mess. Eventually after everything I had to wait for them to review footage and then pick it up. No apology or delivery option. They seem very unorganized/unfriendly anytime I have any contact with them.
Avoid this location like the plague.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. After reading the negative reviews I went in anyway but with very low expectations and somehow they seemed to still disappoint
