Women was very rude over the phone, will put you on hold while you’re talking.. then hang up. Tried again and same result. Called 5 minutes later and the guy who answered was very nice.
I called to get a prescription filled and the person on the phone was rude the entire time. I understand the pharmacy is busy and I didn’t mind waiting on hold until they could take my call. But the person who took my call constantly interrupted me and never allowed me to finish a sentence. Then they hung up before I could even finish telling them that I would see if my doctor could send the prescription again because they claimed they didn’t see it in the system. I am constantly confused and dumb as hell but everyone here is always very patient and kind to me.
They literally lost my wife's prescription and claimed we didn't turn it in. When I insisted I did providing exact details of when and whom, they told me they would have to wait for the manager who comes in at 3:30 pm to look through all the security camera footage to prove I'm right. They gave me suggestions such as simply getting a new prescription or making sure I actually turned it in. Insulting. Complete failure of the pharmacy. Illegal?
Don’t ever even try to drop off fed ex here. Came on two consecutive days and they would not take it. Just a scam to get you into their stores.
