Waited over 3 hours for prescriptions that I was told would be ready in 1 hour. Then I had to update my insurance info twice. Apparently the first lady just couldn't get it right.

The service was good but with certain people my meds are always ready on time
Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and i am never called when prescriptions are ready
So very thankful for this store. Staff is awesome and the store is such a lighthouse in our community. We are underserved and this storr meets so many needs.

Awfull experience again. They did not have a product on shelf(Garnier ) and walgreens will usually issue you a rain check for a product right? Guess what? No rain checks for this product. Management said no even though it was in the flyer. Another bad experience with Uvalde Walgreens. I went to another Walgreens close by, no problems at all. Why the difference.? I will try to find out with corporate.
