This Walgreens has the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in. Please get some great quality help. They need an effective and respectful leader. It’s ridiculously slow. My goodness.

Wife injuries her knee so visit doctor at 8am in the morning. Doctor calls in pain meds to this Walgreen’s. Keep calling all day and still not ready. Wife in pain all day and all night not able to sleep. Get to the pharmacy when they open (which they open late) and the girl at the register (you will know who she is if you visit) has the worst attitude, no sympathy and all excuses of being busy and why she can’t get it filled timely. Aweful experience. Showed up 3 hours after my perscription was called in. Waited in line for 30 minutes just to have them say the doctor did not call it in. I got my doctor on speaker phone and he said he had called it in. They said "oh yes we just found it. come back in 1 hour". I came back 2.5 hours later, waited in line again, only to have them tell me it's still not ready, "come back in an hour." I seriously have had the worst experience at this location and I have been with Walgreens for years! I used to enjoy the staff but having to come into contact with Pat as a manager made me completely regret moving to this location! I do not recommend at all! Rude, not professional and even disrespectful talking to the employee’s. If it were not for an employee Erica I’m pretty sure helped me with my situation I would never return!!!!!
